To Change the Date and Time on your system, simply scroll through the list of systems below and follow the instructions.

Using Station 100 (the main phone)

1. Press TRANS / PGM
2. Dial #1
3. Enter Date {YYMMDD}
4. press HOLD /SAVE
5. Enter time {HHmm}
6. When Completed press HOLD /SAVE
7. Lift and Replace the Handset

Notes:

*Where YY=Year {00-99}, MM=Month {01-12}, DD=Date {01-31}, HH=Hour {00-23} mm=minutes {00-59}

No Changes will be displayed during input of details. Activated when HOLD / SAVE is pressed.

3. Enter Date {YYMMDD}
4. press HOLD /SAVE
5. Enter time {HHmm}
