Maintenance of your LG Telephone system is optional - so we want to ensure that we are competitive and provide an efficient service.
Network Digital Group offer maintenance services on LG Telephone systems supplied by ourselves, as well as maintenance services on LG systems installed by other companies.
- Our engineers are all trained on LG systems and have many years experience on both the older systems and the latest LG systems.
- Our first line support is using remote dial-in and diagnostic software from our engineering office in Southampton.
- If an engineer call is required we have engineers throughout the South ready to visit a clients site.
- Maintenance is payable annually and we have facilities to collect by Direct Debit as well as payment by invoice, we can also offer quarterly payment plans.
