LG-Nortel conference facilities provide audio-conference rooms for communicating with a large number of people in a single place. The ipLDK conferencing capability supports 9 rooms with up to 15 participants in a single call.

The LG-Nortel ipLDK systems offer an easy way to have on-demand conferencing facilities available at the touch of a button, and acts in the same way as professional teleconferencing services.

Users can invite colleagues to join a Virtual conference room by notifying the parties of the room number and password. No matter if they are an internal ipLDK user or an external caller; they enter the conference room directly without the need for additional user involvement.

Virtual conference rooms can improve productivity and minimise travel by connecting groups of people together in a virtual space, without any ongoing costs. The ipLDK solution is much less expensive than conferencing services oered by service providers and provides many of the same advanced features.

For peace of mind each of the 9 Virtual Conference Rooms is secured by a separate user definable password, which is required to enter the conferences, assuring only invited participants can enter.
