Manage your calls
In line with our strategy of continuously developing our commercial packages and customer service levels, NBS (Network Billing Services - part of the Network Digital Group) has implemented a new billing system.
The new billing system offers a number of benefits to our customers, as outlined below. The most notable benefits are a new style of invoice and a new reporting tool called avantige.
1) Invoice Layout
Invoices for the services will be broken down into specific packages to enable our customers to clearly understand the charging structure:
- Call Discounts are now implemented within the call costs shown on your invoice.
- Discounts & Bundled Services – future discount schemes and bundled usage will be clearly identified.
- Service Summary now includes Inbound Freephone, (0800) and National Rate, (0870) usage where applicable.
- Call Charges - now includes summaries by call type and calling number.
- Charges Summary – All charges are now displayed on a summary page that clearly identifies charging periods by product. Product descriptions have been amended to provide more clarity.
2) Avantige - Online Reporting Tool
Avantige is our new online reporting tool, which replaces our current system “Trueview”. Avantige will provide our customers with enhanced billing information, thereby enabling more effective cost management of the services taken from Network Digital.
Existing users of Trueview will be able to log on to Avantige via https://www.avantige.com. If you are an existing user, you will have the same User ID and Password that you had for Trueview. However, the first time you log in you will be prompted to change your password. New users can register for the service by simply calling the customer care number detailed herein.
