details, individual calls can be recorded and stored onto your PC in a format which can be emailed or simply led for future reference.

Using your home Broadband or other IP based connection it is possible to register one of LG-Nortel’s IP Hardphones onto the office system and make and receive calls as if you are at your desk. The ipLDK Range has the ability to link to your computer systems, allowing your business to interact with the telephone system automatically. Each user can link their keyset with their computer oering productivity boosting tools such as on-screen click to dial, contact pop-ups and databse integrations. LG-Ericsson has approved a range of software solutions which are ipLDK compatible, the most tightly integrated being CyTrack Technologies.
